Quite a number of people concluded that I've slim down, which I don't think so at all! Maybe I did, or maybe not even a tiny little bit. lol, dumb how would I know, I've been looking into the mirror every single day at my self so how do I notice whether there's difference, or not. However, I'm still longing to be thinner, fairer & looking better.=D Actually many people had the wrong concept, we shouldn't skip meals. Breakfast is the most important meal which you shouldn't missed. & lunch, you can decide to take or not. Even if you ate a lot during lunch time, it's rather fine. Finally for dinner, maybe you should eat lesser. Anyway, it's best to do some workouts during the morning or after you've just waken up. Cus you haven't take in any food & whereby the food you had eaten the previous night is being stored in your liver, glucose.(if I'm not wrong =x) of cos turned to fats also lah, aiya listen or not up to u =x (its best to exercise in the morning) Hint- Do you know that if you skipped a meal, you're stomach gonna absorb even MORE from the next food you eat. So skipping meals don't make you become thinner, unless you whole day don't eat lah! lol. Byebye |
